My Happiness List
Philosophy
- Happiness is a choice.
- The best way to get it all done is to redefine all.
- To “find more time,” you don’t speed up; you slow down and decide
- what really matters.
- True prosperity is the experience of having plenty of what we need and want in life and
- has little to do with how much money we have.
- The whole reason for being here is for us to evolve into the complete person we were intended to be.
- Listening to our wise inner self (connecting with God) is where peace and happiness come from.
- Love is all that truly matters.
- Love and fear cannot exist together.
- Life is now…now is all there is…life is best enjoyed by being in the present.
- Don’t do more, be more.
- Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate, but that we are powerful beyond measure.(Marianne Williamson)
- Relationships teach us about love, meaning and fulfillment. It is only through
- relationships that we grow and evolve.
- We all experience pain and adversity in life. It’s what we decide to do with it that counts.
- Our greatest life gifts are born of darkness.
- All thought has the power to create your physical reality. Choose your thoughts carefully!
- Living a full, authentic, and enjoyable life is everyone’s inherent right!
My Approach to Coaching
- My clients are great! They are whole, resourceful and creative people. I enjoy workingwith people who are committed to their personal, professional and spiritual growth.
- I expect you to be ready to be your best! This means being open and honest with me, andI will do the same for you. Occasionally I will stretch you in your thinking, ask what might seem like an impossible goal, or get an inkling about something that seems way off base. You may accept the comment or the request, say what you are willing to do, or decline, it’s up to you because you ultimately know what’s best for you and what your truth is in any given situation.
- I won’t overlook much! If I hear a funny tone in your voice, or notice something amiss, I’ll ask you about it. Often this is our chance to resolve something. However, I won’t push or confront, I’ll simply invite you to look at something. My goal is simply to accelerate your goals and fulfillment.
- I give fieldwork! I will usually ask you to come up with one, two or three goals, actions or breakthroughs to have between sessions. If it is too much, you can just tell me, and we can adjust it. If you want more, just ask. If you need to contact me between sessions toshare a breakthrough, are realizing something big, or feel upset about something related to our coaching, you can email me. Anytime.
